Course Overview/Aim of the course

To train pilots to operate aircraft under Instrument Flight Rules and in Controlled Airspace

Pre-Course Requirements/Qualifications

• Valid Pilot’s License and a pass in a recognised examination to cover the ICAO theoretical requirements for an Instrument Rating
• 50 hours of cross-country flight

Course Syllabus

40 to 55 hours of approved Instrument Rating training comprised of a minimum of 25 hours in an approved FNPT2 Simulator and the balance in an aircraft.
