Course Overview/Aim of the course
Multi-crew Training Syllabi are very focused on the training of a crew in normal operations involving crew communication, CRM, TEM and closed loop concepts. Abnormal operations are included in specific course syllabi. These Courses cater from ab initio through to highly experienced jet crews.
Pre-Course Requirements/Qualifications
ICAO or Military equivalent Multi-Engine Instrument Rating
Course Syllabus
Ground school covering CRM, TEM crew communications & Closed loop concepts
Simulator – 20 hours of training – 10 as Pilot Flying & 10 as Pilot Not Flying
This culminates in the issue of an EASA MCC Course Completion Certificate
